2021 In Review

2021 was certainly an interesting year, to say the least! It was filled with some incredible ups, a few downs, and some stuff in between.

I was a bit worried that live events weren't going to make a comeback, even after the vaccine rollouts. I was lucky to receive mine fairly early in the year, which put me a little more at ease about me being out and about at events while my wife stayed home during pregnancy. My daughter, Evelyn, was born in May of 2021 (one of the incredible ups, of course), and she has been such a joy these past nine months! I can't believe how fast babies grow. I feel like I see her wear an outfit one time before it's boxed up for storage. She's crawling, babbling, saying a few simple words... excuse me while I wipe away a tear.

One of the downs of 2021 was that I had a few magic show cancellations. Thankfully not many, but it's always a bummer when that happens. I was happy to work with an incredible number of new clients in 2021, and it somehow turned out to be a whole lot better of a year than I had originally projected. To my clients who decided to hire a Dallas Magician for the first time this year- Thank You! It was an honor to bring meaningful magic and mentalism you all, and I'm looking forward to what 2022 has in store for us all.

Moving into 2022, I plan to update my safety precautions. I will be wearing a mask at events if my clients request that I do; I will have a pocket-sized hand sanitizer on me for anyone to use after assisting with a magic trick; I will continue to periodically take at-home Covid tests. I hope that my small steps of action will make my clients and their guests feel comfortable while I perform magic and mentalism at their Dallas events.

I'm excited to see what 2022 will bring in terms of business. It's nice to see my calendar already filling up for Quarter 1! If you're hosting an event in Dallas, Fort Worth, or the surrounding area, chances are your event could be enhanced by a Dallas magician. Allow me to walk around the room and mingle with your friends, family, clients, or colleagues; showing them incredible feats of mind reading and impossible magic effects. If you'd like your event to take place predominately seated, I would be happy to perform a magic stage show for your guests. It's high energy, loads of fun and mystery, and filled with audience participation.

Ready to book? Not quite sure? Just curious?

Feel free to contact me for pricing and to see if I'm available on your desired event date! I still have some weekdays and weekends available for Quarter 1. Everybody needs a DFW magician in their life, right?
